Me too, my box has apparently been moving since June 7 (which, to give credit to VMP when due, is I think the earliest that one of my boxes has ever shipped)

Any Swedes in here? Somehow my shipments seem to disappear as soon as they get inside the country. According to DHL tracking the shipments have arrived in Stockholm, then there is no trace of them. This is the second time in a row this happens. VMP sent out a new shipment the first time but it seems like this too has gone missing.
So, anyone with similar experiences and if so, what did you do?
Tried contacting PostNord customer service but they claim they can’t do anything without a tracking number.

So wtf...just got an email from VMP saying not only my banks was left out of my box, but because of the delay my kamaal, which I bought the opening minutes of the store, is not only left out of my box, but have no copies at all...this is unacceptable @vinylmeplease and @onlythedetails
I gave you a full refund for Kaamal, and an extra $25 for the error. I'm extremely sorry that your account was involved with a track change bug. I've gone over this in the email. I'm so sorry again for the frustrations.
edit: I also included Banks on a separate order. This was involved with the track change bug. Which has now been fixed.
I understand and appreciate it..but most of us are getting frustrated here because this stuff(overselling) shouldn’t be happening at the rate that it is.
Again it’s not your problem and you did a great job trying to compensate. It’s a bigger issue that the bosses should be addressing
I completely agree, and I'm super sorry that this happened. This was a double whammy of sorts.
So no backups for packing/manufacture issues?
