And there's already a discogs entry. #nice
I was coming here just to say the exact same thing. I'm really enjoying this!
Spinning this while cooking dinner. Kick starter money well spent.
My copy was scheduled to arrive today but now won't be arriving until a Friday...
I've literally had to do this. Because I've returned to my car that was ON WITH THE AC BLASTING and sarge in it to find irrate people threatening to call animal control. My car is not quiet. I'm not sure how people couldn't hear it. Or realize that sarge was not panting one bit. And his ears were blowing because the ac was on so high.
Mine apparently got stuck bouncing around Washington, but finally shook loose. Sounds like Wed or Thursday for me.
not sure that I will get a chance to listen to this tonight but it's here!!!
Do they give you a digital download with those?
Interesting...wonder if they will make these albums available digitally outside of the subscription service at some point.
I believe they've said somewhere before that the answer is no. Think it has to do with the fact that these are all released via some legal loopholes to avoid sharing profits/delaying production/hindering covering artists creativity.
How's the packaging quality? Vinyl weight? etc.
I'm finally tempted to test this USB transfer whosiewhatsit on my TT
Edit: WAIT NEVERMIND THERE WAS A DOWNLOAD CARD!
Can you confirm pressing numbers for the kickstarter editions? Your website mentions that the backer color edition is at 150 copies and the deluxe at 125 copies, but the numbers from the kickstarter page itself seem to greatly contrast that, especially as the months go on?
packaging is pretty nice. gatefold jacket with a nice weight. vinyl seems to be standard weight, definitely not 180 gram but not too lightweight either.
Buuuuummmmer. My copy has a weird bump/bubble that causes loud clicks. About to shoot the folks at TK an email and hopefully I can get a tri-color replacement or, if not, some other throw in to make up for it.
Number wouldn't be accurate based on initial kick alone. You could add to your original backing afterward if you wanted. I know I updgraded mine for 6 to 12 months.
Me thinks they'll replace for you
They're already on it!
My copy came with (no joke) a copy of the following self help book:
Which seems ... odd? Anybody else get a religious tome tucked in with their cover album?
Album RULES nevertheless.
