    Hey all, I want to introduce you to @PaulyB he's one of our support gangsters and also goes by the monicker "Stoner Legolas." He's like 7 feet tall, has flowing locks like Sampson and looks like Legolas.

    Anyhow, I wanted to start this thread as a support EMERGENCY thread.

    What does that means? If you have a support ticket that seems to have been lost (read: no answer for longer than 48 hours) , throw it here, and @PaulyB will check in regularly.

    What if it's an time-based emergency (like the store not checking out an item when there's only five copies left)? Would those kinds of questions be allowed here?

    Well, if it is on the day that the store opens, I would say just email support, as we usually keep an eye on some of the new tickets coming in, looking for issues such as that! If it is after opening day, and the store gives you the error, then you can drop a line here and I will check it out!

    @PaulyB - what is up????

    I sent an email about my Suuns album being noisey (which it seems is unfortunately by design). Can you confirm that all of the Suuns albums are noisey as sticky pudding?

    Also, my Suuns album skips at one point. :(:(:(:(

    Hahaha, Nope! Twas I, the mythical "Stoned Legolas" as Severan puts it haha I actually got hired on back in November, and have been providing "dank" solutions to our wonderful members ever since then haha

    Probably not an emergency per se, but I posted this question a few days ago in the q&a thread, and I'm hoping to get an answer before this month's Swap deadline...

    Not currently a subscriber, but if I sign up for an annual membership today, would I have the option to swap on this month's record even though it would be the first one of my subscription (not because I don't love Pinkerton, but because I already have it)? There's a couple past AOTMs that appear to be swap-eligible that I'd be interested in. :)

    I subscribed, but I'm unclear on how to set up the swap for the first record... Or do I need to wait until my subscription activates on the 2nd to do that? Sorry to bring questions right out of the gate.:p

    @PaulyB I am still missing a record from my March 15 purchase. When my order first arrived on April 18th it was missing Ladada and Parquet Courts. I emailed you guys and was hoping it was handled, I received my copy of Ladada yesterday but still no Parquet Courts. Can you just credit my account for that last record?

    Also, i just opened Ladada and the cover is torn. You guys have been awesome since I joined back in November, but I can't say I'm happy with the way this has gone down.

    It takes a lot to make meet grumpy but I'll admit, this has gotten to me. I have no reason not to believe they will make it right again but they need to know when this stuff happens. All good.
