If you missed out on the new OME release, it's gonna be in the January store on this here website.
Got in late last night from an all day plane ride from NC back to LA and slept on this 2nd release (literally). Didn’t realize I missed it until I got to work (late). Oh well, I got the first variant. That blood pool is dope AF though. Congrats to all who copped.
Will not be sleeping on Tana Talk vinyl, that’s for sure.
I saw @Enaz Fox say something about a Feb. drop, but do we have an exact date? I need to put it on my calendar.
I keep going back and forth about who my favorite Griselda rapper is... I think it's Benny. Crimeapple is my fave right now of this new wave. I'm bummed I missed Aguardiente and I'm not willing to drop $80+ on a copy. The teal vinyl looks sooo good with the cover.
Yeah Daupe has confirmed February, but no date I've seen. Everytime some asks on IG, Daupe just replies "Next".
Conway was my favorite before Tana Talk 3 dropped. But right now, it's Benny. Just love the dude's flow.
Fake Four always keeping it interesting with their releases:
A new one from Ceschi
And Moodie Black dropped an EP
For all you Griselda fanatics, check these out:
Drops this Friday on http://blientele.com/
A nice interview with Milo
I can’t rock hats, I just want a beanie. Was very impressed with the designs though and love the A-Frame.
Really digging those. Might have to check that out
Curren$y & Wiz Khalifa are celebrating the 10 Year Anniversary of their first collaboration with a tour. I will absolutely be going to that House of Blues show.
Yes!!! I'm so in. But probably solo cuz none of my friends are interested lol
they're really just going to skip Los Angeles like that...
Just got shipping notification on the DROGAS Wave vinyl I pre-ordered from Amazon. Forgot I even ordered it since that was so long ago and I haven't even heard mention of the vinyl elsewhere. I'm slated to receive it Friday so I can update then.
Oh man, there it is...in all it's lugubrious glory. Only piece I'm technically missing that got on vinyl is his single feature on the Denzel Curry - 13 Picture Disc...Just can't justify $90 on a pic disc...yet.
LIL UGLY MANE DISCOGRAPHY INCLUDING ALL FEATURES AND DEEP CUTS THAT GOT PRESSED TO VINYL.
I have a wavves single he’s credited on the cover art for producing. Super stoked you pretty much have it all wrapped up, nice collection as always ape!
Shits getting spooky.
Also, Everybody Is F.O.O.D 2 should be up on your streaming service of choice now.
Man I forgot to download it last night... tonights the night.
I know Uncle Al never really went anywhere but for lack of a better term his resurgence / this combo with griselda is great to see / hear.
I know you aren't talking about Alchemist "not really going anywhere". Dude has produced for some of the biggest names in hip-hop over the years including Mobb Deep, Dilated Peoples, Royce, Big Pun, Guru, Jadakiss, Ghostface, Nas, Lil Wayne, Eminem, Kendrick and a bunch more.
Did you mean to quote "resurgence" becasue then what you're saying would make more sense.
Yeah, I'm aware of Alchemist's catalogue, and I think I clearly state he didn't go anywhere but many of those artists / releases you mention were more than a decade ago and there was a stretch for awhile really around the time of the solo Prodigy and Havoc releases (and call those slept on if you like) that Al wasn't really putting out interesting releases. I do think the Oh No collaborative releases are slept on...
and I think it's obvious the past year or two has been very productive for him
So what are you getting at?
