definitely always liked this one
I saw Bronson at Coachella 2015. It was hilarious because he brought out a big trash bag full of weed in the little medicine bottles and started throwing them out one by one. Once security found out what was going on they bumrushed the stage to stop him and he just threw the whole damn bag out at once. Someone made out like a bandit.
I was really impressed with his ability to keep up and perform. I'm a big dude like Bronson and it was hot AF and an afternoon set. I was looking for shade and a seat but he just kept going the whole set. He came down and walked out amongst the crowd. Brought out George Lopez. Good times.
His albums can be hit and miss for me. But like @Woob_woob I love the Blue Chips albums, especially the first. He's seemed a little unfocused lately but I get it, dude is doing a million things. I need to go back and give White Bronco a proper listen though.
LA area peeps, Mos Def (Yasiin Bey) is doing a set at the Regent Sunday night where he's performing all on Kanye production. I'm not even 100% sure what that means (only his old stuff that 'Ye produced or freestyles over his beats or what), but it sounds dope...
Which Wavves single are you referring to?
Credited bottom right second to last full line.
God damnit @Enaz Fox I'm nearly 100% sure that Ugly had nothing to do with this release, but I might just have to buy it on E-Bay.
Random question.. On Supreme Blientele, what's the significance of that sample at the end of Dean Malenko? About the painting selling at Sothebys. I'm just curious because I work at an auction house and the first time I heard that I was like OoOOhhh Shit wutTT?
Just ordered this today. I've been very impressed with this album.
I took it as something touching on the Chris Benoit cover. He commissioned the painting from Isaac Pelayo, this being the first project for him to do so. But that’s just me guessing.
I just knew his name was on it and owned it so figured you’d want to at least know!
Well its about the Kerry James Marshall painting that Diddy bought last year right? I feel like he just thought that was dope that Diddy was the buyer of the highest ever priced painting for an African American artist. Plus Westside Gunn raps about the Guggenheim and the MOMA in the song so art seems fitting.
these dudes are ruthless to their fans with all these releases
I’m going for the entire 2018 output and then will most likely just pick up my favorite releases from the drops this year.
I havent gotten around to listening to this one yet!!!
I love it
I suspect I will too, I just havent got around to it yet.
I'm gonna still try to grab them all, assuming quality stays the same. But I definitely can't do multiple color/artwork variants of the same release.
If I did that with my limit I’m imposing on myself between them and Crime I’d get nothing else this year.
Crosspost from Pre-order thread. The new Future LP pre-order just dropped. Split color vinyl, autographed, dope cover art, IMO. $30
A bit bummed that my package of 400 Degreez and C2 got beat up and the packagings got bent and smashed. But got my DROGAS Wave vinyl in and in great condition. Can't spin in until tomorrow but this is my first 3x LP:
