Is it too soon to start this already? Oh well! May is officially Torres, which was guessed pretty early on in the May thread. Let's see how we do this time!

We know that the JULY release is a genre that VMP has yet to feature, but we have no hints or clues for June! What do you guys think?

    Ready...discuss!

    -----------------------------------------------------

List of hints and guesses as of 4/30/2015

    Hints:
    - Between 2010 – 2013(

    - Not 2010(

    - Not Rock(

    - If July is a new genre, we can deduce this is a genre they have done before(

    - Not a major label (CJ Schaefer

I think the new genre was happening in July. Don't think there's any clues about June yet.

I think its kind of safe to assume either something in the vastly wide indie-rock genre or white blogger approved hip-hop being as its not supposed to be a "new" genre. Possibly Daughn Gibson's new album?

I'll throw out some indie approved metal releases, stab in the dark type stuff: (complete BS)

Liturgy - The Ark Work (they're from Brooklyn, a hot bed of VMP artists, right?)
Sannhet - Revisionist (from Brooklyn, getting some hype, instrumental metal)
Have A Nice Life - The Unnatural World
    King Woman - Doubt

Yes but colored versions and other cool exclusive things would be nice. Not every VMP release needs to be out of print, i.e. Torres

The complete recordings of the Allman Brothers' answering machine tapes (1978) on office furniture beige vinyl. The artwork will be a limited edition mimeograph. Do not sniff the mimeograph. The drink will be three cans of Coors.

    You're welcome.

Sylvan Perfume War FJM were all new, though so that was fine to do. Dilla and Mad were sort of unnecessary because of the available aspect for previous presses... Still solid to have been pushed upon me, would have never bought them outside of this membership, so that's cool.

to add to this, the reason they are limited edition is because of color or a booklet... It's very rare when a album they preds is our of print. Hell the Torres album is limited due to a lyric book. Even if it's able to be bought before it's cool to get out in a special color
