    It totally disappeared! It was posted then must have been taken down. Proper guessed what it was. They wrote something about it not being all bleeps and bloops or something. It was definitely a hint for something. I wrote a comment on it about how awesome the game was.

    I posted about cancelling yesterday, so I totally understand your (and everyone's) frustration. The lack of clear communication on the X - Los Angeles delay (or worse?) is not okay.

    I will come to the defence of CS though and say, they have hired a new (third) person to the team. (Welcome Stephen!) And despite the automated "We're receiving a high number of..." email, I got a response within 24hrs on a request about seam splits and bent corners I sent on Monday. Hopefully this means we can all expect prompter responses from info@.

    The theory is if your subject is about replacements that other folks in the company can assist with those easily enough. And I guess it’s less theory and something we were told on here a month or two back. Whenever Dearie was the pick.

    That would make sense with Stephen, the new member, responding to my relatively easy request as he's likely learning the ropes. I was just saying they've (finally) hired a 3rd member for the team, so hopefully that speeds up their response times.

    Well...I had to wait almost 2 weeks for a response to get a replacement for Phantom Thread (2 record #2's)...while I was waiting it sold out (I know they keep some back for replacements, but 2 weeks can be a long enough time to go through the back up inventory.)

    As someone who got shorted Kamaal Williams from my original order as they had already given out all their replacements, I can understand your trepidations.
