Alright, so I have been meaning to update this for a while, but here we go: HERE ARE ALL THE IMPORTANT PIECES OF INFO THAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SHIPPING: We charge all accounts and subscriptions on the 2nd of the month;The start of the shipping cycle. We drop the ship list to our fulfillment house on the 3rd, and shipments begin processing. The shipments go out in waves (random, and is based on how many shipments the workers at the warehouse can get through in a day), but all shipments should be out the door by the 10th. If the 3rd lands on a weekend, or holiday, the shipping timeline will extend a few days accordingly. You should receive a tracking email when your shipment leaves the warehouse (this hasn’t always been the case, but will be in the future, to prevent confusion). If you don’t receive tracking by the 15th, shoot an email over to firstname.lastname@example.org If your tracking stops updating, and a week passes, email email@example.com and we will take care of it. If your package shows as delivered, but you didn’t receive anything, FIRST call your local post office to see if they have it, or can locate it or the driver that “delivered” it, then if they can’t find anything, shoot an email over to firstname.lastname@example.org If your package is damaged…email@example.com Any store orders made after your Monthly shipment has already begun processing (so around the 4th) will be bundled with your next months shipment (So if you ordered on Feb. 5th, that will be bundled with your March shipment).
