    I didn't get mine until the 12th last month (evening). I think I remember @PaulyB telling me to email on the 15th if I hadn't received it yet.

    eh screw it, just email info@ now, we have that queue basically emptied, so we can help you find that shipment real quick :)

    So it happened @PaulyB it looks like my package is getting returned to sender. Can you guys send another ?

    Did USPS say that or FedEx, I found that FedEx assumes that but USPS actually forwards it (after a five-ish day delay)

    It was the 800number for USPS. But I’ll check with them over the weekend when I start moving stuff in. Thanks

    Yeah Mail forwarding doesn't work at all with SmartPost. I have seen it work maybe once or twice :/ So just email info@ if you haven't already, and we can get another shipment sent out to you asap!

    My box arrived yesterday with a sticky fluid all over it. I’m out of town but made the hubs open and get the records out. He doesn’t think it reached any of them. I’ll check thoroughly when I get home.

    Hey @PaulyB, no shipping notice yet... My order is still processing according to the portal. I was charged late (super late) for RHH since I had originally missed out on it, so maybe that's the reason my package has taken so long to process?
