@PaulyB I got a really early shipping notice for ROTM, but the Sleep - The Sciences record I purchased is not included. Do y'all know when these are supposed to ship out?

IT GOT DELAYED :/ They arrived to the warehouse too late to ship with May shipments.
Shit was a bummer for sure, but they will go out in June package. Sorry ya'll!

This may or may not have been answered previously.. I added three records to my shipment at different times and was charged $8 a piece ($24). I just did a quick check in the store and added three records to my basket to see what the charge would be and it came to $18 ($6 less than when I added the three records individually).
Why is there a disparity in cost between adding records at the same time to adding them individually to an order when they will all ship together? Is there not a way to work out whether records have already been added to an order and calculate the shipping price accordingly? After all, the reason I didn't buy them all at once was that Max Richter and Middle Kids released outside the normal store opening window. Seems cheeky to charge me extra shipping costs to ship the same amount of records purely because you chose to release them at different times.
They charge a certain amount for shipping for the first record and a smaller amount for subsequent records however the system is unable remember this if they are purchased together, you can email info@ and they will refund or credit your account (this is only for internationally members)
I am one these 'internationally' members!

Yeah, it can be a bit frustrating that the system doesn’t auto adjust the shipping (getting more so as records are popping up in the store off schedule with increasing frequency it seems) but, they’re always great at crediting the $3 each time back to your account. It might take a few days but they’ll get it done for you.
I now have an email prepared each month with order numbers and the total amount to be credited. I send this email to Josh and Paul after my monthly package is sent and the amount is credited a couple of days after.
Welp, SC tried to fit 3 thick LPs in the small box and surprise surprise, a very crushed corner on each of the 3. Gonna email some pics and contribute to the support crunch. Sorry @PaulyB!
This is the best ... I was trying to track my VMP package while on the IKEA wi-fi network and this is what it told me
Same thing happened to me two months in a row! Three records both times, damage to all three.
Hi @PaulyB . Has there been any change to the intl shipping policies. Normally after an unsuccessful delivery attempt the package is left at my post office so i can pick it up. This time tracking says they made a second attempt yesterday and i´m not sure what happens afterwards. Tracking warns that it may be sent back after two or three attempts. Do you know anything about this or is this just a coincidence

Along with @Mr Moore advice to you of who is available, this is probably a policy of the shipping company and not VMP, so best to contact the shipper first. I have seen that VMP will resend if a box is returned (but I think you have to email)
It probably is, but i contacted, anyways. But if the dhl intl shipping policies have changed thats probably a dealbreaker for me. Anyways, i'll pass on further purchases until i know how this turns out.
"Delivery exception - future delivery requested" By whom?? Not me! FedEx has a package on their truck then decide in the middle of the day that they don't feel like delivering it??
Man, I REALLY dislike FedEx.
