    I didn't get a reply via email from customer support, so I'll ask here.

    When a 3 month subscription auto-renews, will it use available store credit automatically? I got an email letting me know my subscription renews on December 1st and, in the email, it shows the payment source as my credit card.

    Yep, it'll use store credit first, then credit card.

    yes, if you have any credit that is always used first - when I but stuff from the store right now it shows my card but I have a lot of credit so it is used, the system could be a lot clearer

    I know @PaulyB has the email, he's responded to it a couple weeks ago. I'm sure they're just swamped, but sometimes it gets put in a cue and then accidentally passed over. So I just gotta check occasionally just in case...

    By sending an email to info@vinylmeplease, I should be able to get a wrong swap december record fixed? I was supposed to get Doggystyle instead of Mavis.

    Yep, it may take a couple days for them to respond but they should be able to sort you out.
